  • Brake pads

I need to get a set of pads asap, can't really wait for mail order so was wondering if anyone with EPC disks can check which other models use the same pads as a 1992 Surf.

According to Milners the Surf 88-02, Landcruiser 90-96 and Colorado 96 on, all use the same pads. Is this correct?

Would be easier to quote a Landcruiser at the local car parts shop or even Halfrauds Mentioning Surf or import usually produces a puzzled expression.

See last post on this thread

They were listed for a KZJ95 at the dealer which is a 96+ Colorado and they fit my 96 Surf.

          pads

Yer.... Go for milners, pads are fine but don't buy the pin set if surf is 92 or over, they will not fit. don't do what I did and buy a set of shoes for the back, when I took the wheels of (really stuck on the hubs had to beat with a 22lb hammer to free off) shoes had loads of meat on them, so if anyone is interested, they will be 20% cheaper than Milners, they are brand new still in box, pin set comes free.

Hi all, found a write up on www.4x4wire.com

I have a pic of the top edge of the old pads in the pic at the bottom which look like they are the same as these:

And this view of new pads fitted looks identical to mine with the old ones in:

            cheers for your help
