Hi Stormforce and Diezel Weazel, Ok changed fuel filter again and disconnected the breather filter on top of the tank. Rerouted the breather filter pipe to a higher location with a new one way filter as old route was into the chassis. Performance improved a million fold. So thanks again for all the advice and I am back on track for Spain in 13 days time.
I used to run SVO/Dino mix for years but thought BIO was the way to go (we all learn the hard way sometimes) I hope SVO is cheap in France and Spain.
Whilst I was there I thought I would do the complete EGR removal mod as I had already blanked of the inlet manifold end several years back. Not too bad a job, even reaching the nuts on the exhaust manifold end via the wheel well (no wonder they call me magilla) Heaps of room now you can even see the starter motor clearly and I managed to find one of those barrel filter thingy's on the old EGR set up which I could put onto my throttle sensor where one was missing.
