Grating noise on full lock

Hi

Maybe a daft question but my Surf is making a grating / metal rubbing noise when on full lock in both directions. I only bought it a few weeks ago and don't remember it making the noise then but don't remember putting it on full lock either. Does anyone have suggestions of what it may be?

I am thinking Cv joints?or do you think it may need greasing?

All you need is a small amount of multi purpose grease.

First thing I did on my surf, steering stops and fond memories of that cherry high of smugness at fixing something lol
