Light on dash

I have just given my surf a top half respray, and I had to take off the door cards etc, cut the wires on the door card and rejoin them. She has been standing a couple of months while doing the work, I didn't have this light on my dash before I started the work, but I just finished it today, and fired it up for the first time, it started fine, and runs fine, although I haven't taken it on the road yet as it's sorned still. but I have this light on my dash it's orange and on the bottom right hand side saying 'ECT POWER'. What is this for a start? and what could be the problem? It's funny how it was ok before I laid it up and took some of it apart to do the respray, I'm just wondering if I disterbed a wire or something? please help! we are going on holiday soon, and I need the truck!

There's a push button in front of the gear lever. This is the 'sport mode' button.
Doesn't really do anything other than burn more fuel.

Ah right thank you! I obviously pushed it when cleaning it Doh!

That must be the cheapest fix ever, put finger on button. LOL
