Swapping auto for manual tranny, just finished mechanical injection conversion.

I like my chassis, and now my engine that I finished my 2LTE to 2LTII conversion (works great, 5000kms+ on it already in new configuration). However, I really don't want an automatic transmission. What transmission would I need to look for? Will the 4 runner (North American) units fit? Any advice? I'm aware it's a big job, and that I'll need the manual transfer case too, but I'm handy, like my truck, and have a big shop. Just TERRIBLE at figuring out what I need... I'd also like to convert to manual locking diffs, also would love advice there. Cheers!
