Head gasket gone today - any ideas?

I have no idea how much that is but should really get a new rad cap, the pressure that was in there should of blown a pipe or two.

Well my 2.4 has a button in the middle to release the pressure before opening, maybe it's not original and the reason your loosing water I'll take a quick pic of my'n neighbours will think I'm mad.
