air con wiring?

hi, just a quick question,
my air con isnt working at moment,the green light is coming on when the fan is turned on,my problem is the magnet doesnt work on the aircon pulley.ive ran power to the electro magnet and it works fine, i have no power coming to it from the proper wire traced it back and its connected into the cold start device on side of pump looks like somebody connected it in here,i dont see how this can work.has any1 got a wirring diagram of the air con.my surf is a 1990 2.4td its a 2lt engine,the aircon is different on the 2lte engine,or has any1 any pictures of their engine bay where you can actully see where the air con wire is connected to?thanks

I had a problem on my lexus soarer where the magnet would not opperate when switched on, but it would if you conneted it to the battery. it was not faulty, but just needed topping up, it has worked fine since.

yep snowwolf gas was low working fine now
