Hi all,
I have just fired up my 2.4 TD after new cylinder head replacement & months of other new parts been fitted & the old girl fired up on 1st turn of the key, so as you can imagine I was well chuffed.
The only immediate problem I can see is that there is some small drips of coolant that appear to be coming out of the bottom right turbo support bracket hole ie where it bolts into the side of the block. I haven't actually got a bolt in that hole, because it proved a real pain in the arse to get in after the turbo & oil return pipe was bolted in place. I am worried that it might be a cracked or perished block, but is this a known problem on these Surf's?. Please can anyone shed any light from where else it could be coming from...........hopefully not the block itself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cheers, Russ
