MoT fail yesterday

So i took it in yesterday and it failed on:
excessive play in the Nearside drag link end ball joint [2.2.B1f]

so called roughttrax part arrived about 10am today and got a ball joint separate Fork then after looking at the correct method, i found this wasn't working so looked again again i had then seen my error the hammer wasn't too small so got the big one out and tried again, no luck made a few phone call to ask if was missing a trick and a General note, but if that doesn't work then words "car jack, torch and BIG hammer" in the same sentence.
I thought i will have another look on the forum before setting Fire to my truck and found this went and got one and then after about 15minutes it was off and new one on. all done drove back to the MoT center and they passed it, I'm happy and a fun afternoon if it hadn't been raining all day.
i got very wet and cold but after all the problems to get a Pass for another year made it all worth it.

Sorry I couldn't help when ya called when ya Rich... Battery ran out n no 8l00dy charger till I got back home, only to find the money had also run outta the meter, not my best day !!
