I have a leak coming from my power steering box, just had an advise on the MOT that it'll probably need looking at some time soon.
I've had a read around, it seems like a common, age related problem and lots of people seem to have good short-medium results using Wynn 'Power Steering Stop Leak' so I've bought a can, there's a warning on the can stating that I need to only put the equivalent of 5% of the total volume of fluid into the reservoir so I was wondering if anyone knew how much fluid the box/system actually holds so I can calculate this, I've looked on Yotatech, this site nd the Aussie one too but can't find the info I'm after.
Probably being a bit over cautious but don't want to create more poblems by putting too much in.
Anyone have any words of advice?
