more power and suspension query

hi ive a 92 surf ssr x auto is there any way to get more power as i usually just use it for towing a cae and trailer

also on the suspension it has a rise kit but ive noticed one bumpstop is lower than the other can i drop the other bumpstop down as low two as when towing if i hit a bump it drops one side lower than the other and rises the front opposite side

if ya go to the home page and check modifications section you'll find a few bits to help, i am fitting a scooby intercooler and bonnet scoop, also increased boost a bit....
