  • Rust on Bumper

My rear bumper is starting to blister in places and quite a few rust spots where the blisters have broken. Is this common, and any tips on treating the rust that wont look as bad as useing a rust treatment that just turns black.(seem to recall Loctite did that) Is there a touchup for the chrome (without a full re-chromeing).
Strange in the short time ive had my surf its suddenly started doing this.

They all do it. The best tip is probably to get a new bumper, it's rusted from the inside. I see why you were after a breaker now...
