  • Secondary Fan stuck on all the time

Hi Guys, once again a query for the experts.

My viscous fan is stuck on, just had the radiator done and its definitely not leaking and is full with coolant - Can anyone give me a clue as to why the fan would be stuck on all the time? Its weird, its been good as gold for months since the new rad but now... ...well it snot overheating, just running all the time? Thanks in advance as always!

Which fan is it? You say secondary fan in the title, which is electric and the main engine fan what is mechanical.
If the electric fan is running all the time, then it's either un-plugged or theres a break in the wire.
If the viscous fan is running all the time, thats a good thing to be honest, you'll only lose a couple of bhp.

p.s. be careful of that overheated snot!
