mistery vacum pipe

Help, in the middle of a rad change, and tranny cooler install (on hold till monday because I forgot to buy coolent).

I've found this (what looks like vacum) pipe, which I am unaware of disconecting, and can not find an obvious place for it to go.



Here's it pulled out.



And here's what the end looks like.

Hi Maverick,

I think it might be the breather pipe from
the air con fan motors, when i took my air con
out the two fan motors were connected by small
small pipes that joined together and then went
up into the engine compartment somewhere on
the near side near the battery.

Thanks for that, I'm not sure if I'm going to reconnect the air con at the moment, so it may just get secured out of the way in the end.
