Hi Guys,
I am new to the forum. Of late I have doing a bit of service work on some Surf's. I currently I living in Spain. To make a buck or two I do general mechanic work on anything with a motor! The first service I did on a surf went well and I was impressed with the truck.
The latest Surf a 2.4 diesel turbo LN130 model has been left for about 5 months facing uphill! It has been moved to flat ground and batteries charged but it won't start.
I am not getting any fuel from the fuel tank to the filter housing. I have detached the pipes whilst turning over and there is nothing.
Is it possible that the pump inside the tank has seized? If so how is the best way to remove it and free off?
Cheers for any help in advance!
Tony
