I'd recommend Roughtrax although as your not to far from Derby then Milners will be nearer to you and you could pick up the parts to save on postage, but don't forget to check your local toyota spares dept as they can work out cheaper at times.

Getting the diff in and out on it's own can be bit of a pig, if you do a search on here I believe there is a usefull write up on this available.

Is it leaking, noisy or other problems? If not then leave it. Play in this is normal.

        Hi nev

well theres no vibrations and when i put full steering lock on left and right it makes a cracking sound like it`s tight to turn final shaft ,theres a lot of play up and down side to side were my final drive bolts to diff there .looks like a slight leak but nothing to bad the diff oil is full to level, im pretty sure that the bearing is on it`s way out

There is quite a large amount of movement in the diff output on the Surf front diff . Are you sure the cracking noise is not the steering bump stops that need greasing . They can make a hell of a noise when not lubed up .
If the diff bearings have dropped you would tear out a seal and lose oil and be making a hell of a noise whether turning or in a straight line driving.
