took my injectors apart the other day and the washers between the top half and bottom half have all broken,can i just get any fiber washer or does it have too be the right ones ,if so where from please .ta smithy

Been there done that .................. i always had one that leaked afterwards , you will need copper crush washers as well , The best bet would give them to a diesel specialist and get then properly refurbished .Originally posted by smithybluebus View Post

If you are talking about the washer that sets the pressure and on top of the spring, then you will need the correct part and there are numerous thicknesses. These are used to set the injector opening pressure which needs specialist equipment.

ok thanks guys looks like ill get them refurb i think buy time bought washers tried putting all the buts back in right ,let somone else do it .thanks againComment
