Rear defogger and spot relay

hello can anyone advise where I can get a relay for my spot lights they're Jap fitted and therefore Toyota uk cant get them. Also unconnected my once working rear defogger now blows the fuse when switched on. When fuse replaced blows again. Could it be just a clean up in the rear door at the terminals? any suggestions Thanks

Any decent motor factors will sell you a relay for the spots. If you need more info on wiring try here.

The fog light issue sounds like a shorted wire. Trace the wire from the fog light all the way back to its relay checking it for splits. (make sure there is a relay btw - my surfs fog was powered through the switch when I got it and I had to cut it all out and rewire properly)
