Cylinder Head Replacement

Started to strip down the top half of the engine today, batteries, radiator out and lots of pipework, ill be tackling the inlet and exhaust manifolds tomorrow.

Is there any information on head replacement, ie alignment marks, torque settings, order of tightening head bolts, etc, i dont have a manual, is there one on the net that shows steps to do.
