          Hi,
If you go to the file download section of this site you will find a greasing diagram which shows you exactly what you need.
          Thanks to whoever uploaded it.

                    Jeez that looks minging!!!

Mine looked fine externally, and seemed to be taking grease OK, but inside it looked like this...

Well done Andy, you have done a better job of knackering a UJ than I did

When I noticed the problem, I was 150 miles from home, and had no choice but to drive home. Probably why it was so shafted! It was too hot to touch!

Blimey, I really should check mine after seeing those, especially with the extra oomph exerted on them.

                              Re

Absolute pain in the arse to grease all the yokes, cardan joints etc. but WELL worth doing!

I hadn't done mine in about 3 years (I don't off road, only tarmac!).

When I done them recently I made sure they were done really well (nipples cleaned and stuffed full of grease)

The Surf is a LOT quieter and smoother now!

                              I found this amazing!

A couple of quids worth of grease!

You may as well do your ball joints as well, after seeing that pic gawd knows what state they are in!
