Turbo needed

Is it that bad, turbo technics (I thinks thats their name) do a complete overhaul inc collection for a round £300, second hand ones tend to go for around £250. So overhaul with gaurantee looks good.

Yup the turbo wore out and the seal went so all the engine oil was sucked out of the engine and spat out of the exhaust, then the motor siezed!! to change the usual story though the heads alright. Think I'm going to replace the whole engine with a jap import and have a spare head, and going to keep an eye on the turbo this time.
