right heres one for you lot!
just stripped down my old engine to keep my new head, now either i'm wrong or the mechanic is really in for it!!
tried to attach a photo but will not work (how do you do it??)
on the head gasket there are holes for the oil and bolts, yet the holes for the coolant channels are very strange? there are some about 15mm and some like small sausages for the want of a better word, now the 15mm ones only have a 4-5mm hole in them and the others have no holes?? both on the head and the block have channels that meet but the gasket seems to not allow the coolant to flow?? is this right?
any info would be great. and how do i get a photo on here???
cheers G
