After deciding to change the uj's in the rear prop seeing the originals had clocked up 166000 I removed the prop but marked each flange and prop ends \i took the prop to a local prop repairer who fitted new uj's,after refitting the prop I took it for a short ride around town, all seem'd ok,but after taking it for a 100 mile trip it developed a vibration,I've took the shaft back off and returned it to the repairer asking to check the ujs and balance,he says it uk but where's the ###### vibration coming from then!
Surely it cant be from the front prop,or could it be companion flange or the fact I took it for the drive out the pinion bearing shot due to the tightness of the new ujs?
taking it for wheel balance this morning,in the haynes book it states try try taking the prop off turning the prop 180degrees and reconnecting it.
    open to any help please.

What type of vibration, where from, and have you filled the U.J's with grease?
