Torque specification for tensioner bolt

I can't find the torque specification for the timing belt tensioner bolt, does anyone have this info please?

Also does anyone have a spec for the nut that secures the idler for the a/c compressor belt? I have to saw it off as it was seized and it seems to be an odd size.
