i Take it all the leads are connected...? You may think its silly but it could be as simple as a lead hiding under there in the shadows...!! I'm assuming you've bled the fuel through....?

And you've primed the fuel pump?

When you say not starting, does it turn over and not fire, does it try to turn and stick or does it just do nothing?

Have you checked there's fuel coming through the injectors?

if you've got fuel then it has to be electrical..... my thoughts are maybe your plugs are not heating up......??

have you re-checked the pump timing,it is possible to get the pump one tooth out when tensioning the belt.

so let me get this right so i can have a think...
You turn the key.... the engine turns over and keeps turning over but will not start...? And there is fuel coming out of the injectors when you crack the bolts open..?
