help with enjine diagnostics

Hi all.
I have been trying to run a diagnostic test on my surf (1992 - 2.4 td 2l-t) as I still have no power.
I thought I had fixed the problem around Christmas time but I realized the other day that I had wired the turbo pressure censor wrong, but when I wire it up properly the turbo light does not come on (normally constantly on even on tick over) and the engine cuts out and then jumps back to life again, over end over again.
I have had a look through the other threads but I still don’t get the diagnostic checks, me being dumb I think.
Anyway I have attached a piece of wire from Te1 and E1, turned the ignition on and then it flashes 7 times, pauses, flashes 7 times again and again and again.
i read that i can remove the ECD fuse for 10 secs and it will reset the system but i dont know where it is, all of the wrighting in my enjine bay i in japanes.
Does anybody know what this means.

the various lists I have 7 indicates throttle position sensor, to reset ECU dissconect batteries for a while

I believe 20 mins, I'm sure someone will correct me if I am wrong!!

p.s. it's a well known fact that answers come quicker with a blue star

cool that worked know it flashes once wich i beleve is normal.
know the problem is the enjiine turbo does not come on unless i disconect the hose going into the preasuse censure and then plug it back in again, then rev her up to 3000rpm then the turbo light is always on.
