diesel leaking

Hey guys, I have a 1992 Hilux surf SSR-X and it was a diesel leak. I have checked the pump and it is dirty but is not leaking. I was able to see ware i think it is coming from and it is on the air inlet manifold it seems to be slowly dripping down then pooling on the ledge right by the fuel pump. I leaks a lot worse when it is cold. Another thing i have noticed is when the diesel is pooled on that ledge i can see air bubbles forming which lead to my next Q... can the head gasket leak diesel?. When i first start the truck it will idle a little ruff for the first 20s then it runs fine and no white smoke even under large load.

I will try get some pics up later tonight. but if someone has exploded view drawings of the head and intake i might be able to describe it a little better.

If the head gasket was leaking you'd know about it. Have a look around the injectors it could be leaking from there and running down.
