Choking...?

Ok, is it possibly a vaccum problem, ie when you use your brakes, you use all availlable (stored) vacuum? which may cause the turbo not to boost??

Check the vac pump on the rear of your alternator, and the tank thingy under your drivers side wheel arch, and all our vac hoses (there are lots of them)
