that prises sound great not yet looked into who or how i should get this done, not sure i'll be so lucky with the cost, been looking at alloys, i've my eye on some Eagles 15x8 6 lug 5.5 only because their pretty much the same size as i'm wanting to replace, the tyres i've got are 30x 9 Wide concurer radials A/T, I like the tyres and cant afford to replace them at mo..! should i hang loose and wait till i lift the motor?

        cheers bud, Ade

i had mine lifted for a year before getting bigger tyres fitted.i wanted 35's to start but these 33's came along dirt cheap so i got them till they wear out and then get the 35's for it.
          with the 33's on

          as standard

          just with the lift

Any kind of lift will dwarf your tyres mate.

check out www.camskill.com for cheap 33's Any 15x8 wheel will suffice.

Parts for the lift can be had from www.4crawler.com www.roughtrax4x4.com an www.4x4toys.com

Rich's price is a pretty close estimate. It wont cost much more an theres no way it will cost much less. Its worth it!

            Mine on 35's

hello mate, Yeah its an Auto! To be honest... its not been a spot of bother! Ive not come across anything that it struggles with. It loses a few mph going up but it did it before the 35's anyway so no worries.

re: regearing, Ive found a site that had the correct gears for about $200 a diff. I need to check with postage costs etc an the local garage about fitting... it it aint mega bucks then i would be tempted. But i personally dont feel it essential

                    Alright there Richard,

What a difference a lift makes...!! Your motor looks good with the 33".

I still haven't found, or made up my mind, on what size of lift i should get...

I need to hold back on getting the it done anyway, i cant aford it at mo, I've ordered the Eagle alloys 15 x 8. I've been trying to work out if i could get some 32" BfGoodrich mud terrain tires on there without having the lift done! and when i do get a lift, just to have a 2"-3"...???? or just have spacers, i guess someone will know how to go about fitting them...

                    Ade

Ach i give up I was going to add some pics of the motor but what seems to be a simple process just aint!!!

I've got a 4" lift and 35's are a bit to big for it. 33'' worked just fine.
