Alternator Drive Belt Sizes !!!

When Replacing the Alternator Drive Belts Double check the sizes are Exactly the same because its possible that different batches of the same belt may be slightly different and it will only become apparent when tensioned up. A very slight difference not visible when just holding them together makes one belt either to-big or to-small when tensioned up. I think the Manufactures Batch Number is the last digits printed on the belt.

The Tyres are 32.11.5 x15 The Rims are called Revolution Comet 15".
The Suspension is a 4" Trailmaster System from the U.S. The rear being very easy to fit just Springs Shockers (Trailmaster) a bracket for the load / brake adjuster and a couple Spacers.
The Front is 2 x Shockers and all sorts of drop down brackets spacers and a Crossmember that lowers the Diff / Axle but has the effect of making the overall Suspension 4" higher very difficult to fit and took a total of approx 25 hours to fit !!!!

Yes I noticed that a few had managed to meet up over in Congleton and I was really looking forward to meeting up with other Owners / Members but mid week is really difficult for me being a long distace Trucker and I only get about 12 hours notice of where I am going the next day and on that Wednesday Evening I did not finish until about 8.00pm and was starting again the next morning at 5.00am !!!So hope to meet up maybe on a Friday ,Sat or Sunday soon. Have a quick look at photos I have attached of Exhaust .
