Hi all,
As I guess you all know, I've fiddled with every nut bolt & washer under the bonnet in the quest for 40mph plus ....
Well now its fixed I'd like to put everything back the way it should be, so..........
Throttle cable now re-slackened.
Turbocharger re-seated (without washers behind wastegate).
EGR re-connected.
The last one is the throttle stop (pictured), does anyone know how many turns / what adjustment it should be set at ? I have it fully open at the moment.... and I know it shouldbn't be like that as the last 1/4 inch of the pedal makes no difference at all - save for chucking too much fuel out of the exhaust I guess !
