Can You Modify Ct-20 For Performance Benifits?

What Size Exuast Should I Run For Best Performance?

Do I Need To Modify Injector Pump?

Do I Need A Boost Compinsator Fitted?

    Fitting Turbo

A few years ago I fitted a turbo to my Landcruiser.
The only thing is that normally a Factory turbo vehicle has a slightly lower compression possibly 18-1 instead of 20+ to 1.
I had no problems over 125000 miles.
The only thing is the oil supply and drain line, which will not be on your vehicle at present and the turbo requires a LOT of oil flow for cooling.
The drain has te be larger so as not to restrict the return to the sump.
Lastly the air supply pipe, make sure it is strong enough as on mine whilst towing my caravan is spain on the Sierra Nevada the pipe burst with a horrendous loss in the power I had been used to.
I stopped at a garage and bought a glass fibre repair kit and re-inforced the charge air pipe and it was still going well when I sold it.
You will be happy with the results.
If you want you can increase the fuel a bit possibly a half turn so as to get the bennefit of the extra air going in to the engine.
You do not require pressure compensators and all that guff.
All the engine wants is lots of cool air and some more go juice.

    Wishing you well.

    Regards.

Get a boost compensator installed on the pump and have the fuel adjusted.

Use the 2L-TE manifold and also the oil cooler housing because it takes the bigger and better filter and has the oil ports for the turbo. You will need to install a return to sump.
