Bad news

Hate to say it fester but mine did EXACTLY the same thing. And it was the head!. The small two inch rubber pipe by the manifold popped the ****** puff of steam blotted out junction 1 of the m25!!!!. But 6mnths on its fine.(touch wood)! mine was under warenty to could have been my story.They replaced whole head. But it has always stayed aroundhalf way on temp gauge? is that normall fellas????
