after filling with water start it up make sure both heaters are on red, pull the rubber hose (front of engine) off the end of the steel heater pipe coming out if the heater (Not the one going in to it) as soon as water starts to come out shove the hose back on, this gets rid of the airlock in the heater which is where it starts
