Hi all i'm thinking of getting a surf and i have seen one advertised but the guy says there is a problem with the fluid flywheel??? What is this and is it expensive to fix? I have searched the forums but cant find anything, its a 1992 2.4 diesel
cheers peeps
It's called a Dual Mass Flywheel and has no fluid in it. It is very expensive to replace so the usual thing to do is use a 3L 2.8Ltr flywheel and a clutch to suit.
The other guys on the forum should be able to tell you where to get the parts.
