Hi Tony, this ones still going I'm afraid, I'll attempt to put pics of Sledges pump for you to look at if it helps, will it fit on My LN130??

PS: Does the cam belt HAVE to come off to get the fuel pump off? and if the pump comes off for new seals, will it need to go to a specialist to be re-calibrated etc??

you can do the O ring and the top seal witout removing the pump at all on the pump pictured above...just remove the airbox...undo the 4 allen headed screws (think they are 5mm!) on the top and the 34?mm sensor lock nut..then just lift the top change the main seal (milners..about £7 for a set) then swap the O ring on the sensor plug...

it takes about 30mins..as opposed to HOURS if you remove the pump! :-)

My pump is different to that one, and its not leaking from the top seal, its leaking from the back of the pump adjacent to the fuel cut off solenoid.

Hi mate, sorry but it won't fit, you need a pump of a Non-EFI truck, the pics you posted are for a EFI truck.

Up to 90-91'ish are non-EFI. 91 on are EFI.

Well, I've spoken to several fuel injection specialists localish to me, and the general consensus is that they will have to take the pump out to find the leak coz it doesn't appear to be on the top.
Cost to remove pump, renew seals, bench test and calibrate will be in the region of £750.00. so thats a no brainer, ain't gonna get done.

I can't afford to spend another grand on a vehicle that already owes me 3k and is only worth about £1750.00 on a good day.

Have to take the cam belt off, and half the left hand side of the engine to get it out, so it's not for the faint hearted, and if I take it out myself there is the possibility that it may never run again.
