I'd be interested to know as I have the complete unit but with the fan and switches attached.

This all sounds a bit complicated now chaps! I've beeen wathchin the turbo light for a couple of days now. and I reckon that ( apart from when accelerating from upwards of 60 plus MPH when there's going to be enough airflow through the scoop anyway) the turbo light coming on is as good a time as any for the fan to kick in for a bit of extra cooling. Mind you, it all depends how easy it is to take a signal for the relay from the live to the light. Failing that, a temperature sender strapped to the output side of the cooler seems the next best alternative as I want to keep it as simple as I can.
