Yup, the only difference for a Surf is it'll be a 1KZ-TE, but this dosn't affect the filters.

to make sure they all tally up against each other. Anything with less than
two listings isn't on the list.

Nope. The 2nd gen 2.4L and 3.0L, and the 3rd gen 3.0L use the same oil
and fuel filters. It's only the air filters that differ.
