can someone please help me. today my surf has started to smoke on tick-over there is no water coming out and it seems ok when driving, have just disconected my egr valve and it is no different also the water is pouring out of my header tank but it wasn't over heating

Go to a motor factors. There are a couple of general types of cap forOriginally posted by j.hell
Toyota's. Make sure you get the one with the correct depth bottom
section, with a pressure rating of 0.9 bar or 13 psi/lb. Wouldn't worry
too much about getting the 'stat tomorrow, as it sounds more cap
related than 'stat related. Just order a 'stat from Toyota on Monday.Comment

Very rare that one of your local factors won't be open on a Sunday. If
not, there's always Halfrauds. Motosave may open Sunday as well.
