sticky gearbox

hello everybody havent been on here for a while.i have a problem with my autobox on my 93 ssrx 2.4.on cold mornings it sometimes dont go into gear properly it seems to be sticky.it dont do it all the time never do it in the summer only in winter.do this mean im due for a gerabox oil change or is it somthing more seriouse :

A drain and refill with ATF won't cost much, and only takes a few minutes and a couple of litres.

The you'll know, one way or the other.
