Pretty much ANY scoop will fit, if you cut the hole for it!!
    It just does, OK?

Are you sourcing silicone hoses (ouch, expensive) or poking around a yard and getting some spare cooler hoses and cutting to suit?

          What scoop you using?

Not sure at the moment. Will start looking in the new year, I think. A trooper scoop looks most likely at present.
Concentrating on my winch mounting for now!

New Year would be better for me - I am rapidly running out of free weekend this year!

Did you just attach brackets to the cooler and bolt it to the bulkhead?

Sorry for delay - been away.

Made up some brackets out of mild steel and mounted one either side - front of cooler - onto the engine. There are various threaded holes you can screw into. The cooler rests on the lip on the bulkhead.

I made ot this way coz of the movement between engine and body (esp. when it chugs on start up - lots of movement).
