getting the glow plugs out

How you doing?

Trying to change the glow plugs on my 98 2.4TD hilux pickup, managed to get two out so far but struggling with the other two. I think the end of the plugs are burnt and oversize so they are not to keen on coming out. Any thoughts or tricks on how to get them out?

A dribble of WD on the threads and leave it a while, I had the same problem with glow plugs on a 94 mondeo, but the 2.4 plugs I've just done on the missus surf came out ok..... A little tight..... but ok!
