Changing a rear wheel bearing

I think i have a rear wheel bearing with some wear as the hub has about 5mm of play in the and its really nosiey.

How easy is it to replace on on a 2nd gen or will i be needing some special equipment or just let my local garage do it if it really difficult to do?
