Just Wondering........ But prob a stupid Question?....

Just a quick question......... is the Turbo fitted to a 2.4 ETI generic or would a turbo from a PEJERO fit?
I know that the engines run for specific tolerances and performance specs but would this affect the surf too much???? also when doing an oil flush if a thinner oil was run though to clean the enging first, then drain and replace with the proper stuff. would this harm the engine??
