    Job done, all good!
The hardest part was getting the idler arm away from the steering link, once that was done it was easy. I didnt remove the whole body from the chassis just removed the idler arm, knocked out the old bearings and put the new ones in with lots of grease. I did check the arm for wear, it has only worn down by 0.2mm which meant that the new bushes felt nice and tight when it was all bolted up.
30 min job total! - sweet!
