I've just bought another surf....... Well actually it's the wifes we bought it cheap from a surfer in berkshire (sorry didn't get the name) because it won't run! it appears to have had a boiling problem, anyway finally got it home (which is a separate story all in itself) we've had a look and i think it needs some head surgery, so i'm going to do a Queen Elizabeth I (off with his head) I've tried looking at the head replacement thread but it dosen't work, does anybody have the torque settings and tightening sequence that they could send me?

it may as well say 'as tight as humanly possible without using scaffold poles'.. good luck and dont forget to blank off the egr valve properly while you have it all apart..

Firstly, Thanks to Koi for the link to the file, try as I might I couldn't find it last week, and to everybody else, I think it'll be a week or 2 before I get to putting the damn thing back on, I'm fully expecting the thing to be cracked and if I don't see any I'm going to have it crack tested to be sure.

I'm in no rush anyway as 'er indoors has to pass her driving test yet!!!!

It should be a "fun" weekend
