My 2.4 LN130 has been in the garage now for 2 months yes 2 months.
It was due to have a timing belt and had started to over heat. I fitted a new radiator as the flow was poor, it was no better so I took it to a local garage.
The head was found to be cracked and a new one fitted together with new belt. The problem then started big style. From that time on the engine will not run for more than 30 seconds. It throws out clouds of black smoke then shuts down.
The injectors have been tested.
The injector pump has been overhauld.
The engine management unit has been replaced with one from a good runner.
No codes can be read from the engine management unit.
Where do we go from here, has any one got any ideas Please.
