2.4 Heater Hose

Can anyone who has a fuel cat fitted to a 2.4 surf please tell me what the internal dia is of the heater hose before i cut it.
Does the hose have a 16mm or 19mm internal DIA.

I used 5/8" hose on the other matrix hoses, which should be roughly

Am i also right in saying the fuel hose is 10mm as well?
Last thing i want is to cut everything then find all are wrong sizes and have no car to drive round and change them all.

Could be wrong, but I think it's 8mm on the 2.4, 10mm on the 3.0.

Well the fitting on the fuel cat is 10mm
So i just assumed the fuel line where it attaches to the fuel filter was the same

Pull the feed pipe to the pump off the filter, and see if it fits
on the fuel act. Easy way to check.

Anyway you are right it's 8mm and NO it not fit the cat unless i heat the hose in water first.
looks like philip is catering for the 3ltrs only on the fittings.

Smear some washing up liquid on the fitting, then the 8mm hose might
be persuaded to fit on the 10mm fitting.

Naaa, good old heat the hose in water trick should do it
