Front exhaust pipe heat shield

Okey dokey then. Not that I seem to have a knack for not letting a
thread die, , but just one last question if I might? Does the exhaust
clamp up tight to that exhaust clamp, i.e: bed into the groove on the
clamp completely? I put the clamp back on the other day, and will be
fitting the jubilee clip on in the morning. Wasn't certain whether to just
tighten it up enough to keep it rigid with the clamp, or tighten it up into
the clamp groove completely.
