Rear Window

I know there are hundreds of threads about this but I just thought Id ask anyway.
Yesterday my window got stuck going down and the motor/actuator started makinga groaning sound, with a little encouragement the window goes down and goes up no prob. Any thoughts??

My thoughts are if you leave it, it will die.

Get in there for a clean and lubricate, clean the window tracks and lube with holts 'rubber and nylon lube'. maybe swap it for the rear passenger door one.
